Often when I tell people that I make lobster rolls at home, they respond as though I just told them I'm the President of a spaceship factory that I'm in the process of plating gold.
But it's actually pretty easy! After years of working in high-end seafood restaurants and being an avid home cook, I'm happy to walk Renaissance Person through all the steps from beginning to end over a lengthy debate over butter or mayo (we'll make rolls with both, so you can take a definitive stance on this).
BYOB, but all instruction, materials, food (lobster rolls, a green salad, corn, water, lemonade, and something sweet) are included.
Fine print, but actually the same size as the rest of the print: Space is limited and this event takes place in a home with two poodles named Lulu and Olive. I reserve the right to move us to a bigger, more beautiful, and dog-free space within the building. Safety waivers will be required at arrival, but we have ways to mitigate scratches from lobster shells or other lobster-related (all infrequent) injuries.
